Gobind Ahuja has over 7 years of experience in the student housing and multi-residential real estate industry. Gobind started his career by establishing a real estate investment, management and construction firm, RedStone Properties, with a focus on providing hands-off investment solutions to international investors seeking to capitalize on the Canadian student rental market. In this capacity, Gobind acquired and managed a portfolio of 12 properties containing 67 units. Gobind established progressive relationships with community stakeholders including university and college residence managers, municipal officials and compliance officers. Gobind directed construction and renovation projects involving the conversion of single-family dwellings into student oriented multi-residential investment properties. He also demonstrated an ability to improve existing properties, through modest upgrades and repositioning, to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Gobind Ahuja is currently a Juris Doctor Candidate at Osgoode Hall Law School. He holds an advanced diploma in Civil Engineering Technology and an Honours Business Administration Degree from Laurentian University. Gobind is also the Vice President of the Osgoode Real Estate Law Association.
